On rectifiable measures in Carnot groups: Marstrand–Mattila rectifiability criterion

open access: yesJournal of Functional Analysis, 2022
In this paper we continue the study of the notion of $\mathscr{P}$-rectifiability in Carnot groups. We say that a Radon measure is $\mathscr{P}_h$-rectifiable, for $h\in\mathbb N$, if it has positive $h$-lower density and finite $h$-upper density almost everywhere, and, at almost every point, it admits a unique tangent measure up to multiples.

Thermal‐Driven Diode Polarity Switching From Competing Helical Superconducting States in WTe2/α‐Fe2O3 Heterostructures

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A Nb‐proximitized Josephson junction based on a WTe2/α‐Fe2O3 heterostructure exhibits a robust superconducting diode effect with programmable polarity. The diode direction can be trained by magnetic fields and switched by temperature cycling, revealing tunable finite‐momentum pairing states and competing superconducting states in symmetry‐broken ...

Dual-band ambient energy harvesting circuit design

open access: yesDianzi Jishu Yingyong, 2018
A low power dual band energy harvesting rectifier is designed ,which is matched by T matching network.Futhermore, two stubs are used to expand the matching bandwidth. The testing result shows that the rectifier matchs well at 1.84 GHz and 2.45 GHz.

n‐Type Polymer Radio Frequency Rectifiers Operating at 18.5 GHz

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Combining an n‐doped polymer semiconductor with wafer‐scale asymmetric planar electrodes featuring work function‐engineered contacts yields radio‐frequency diodes and rectifying circuits operating at up to 18.5 GHz. The devices combine scalable manufacturing with an operating frequency previously unattainable by large‐area organic electronics ...

Resistance to Overdoping Allows Over 2000 S cm−1 Conductivity in P(g3BTTT) With Anion‐Exchange Doping

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Anion‐exchange doping of conjugated polymers is an effective way to achieve high conductivities. Here, we report over 2000 S cm−1 electrical conductivity for doped P(g3BTTT). In addition, we show that P(g3BTTT) sustains exceptionally high doping levels without any drop in the charge mobility.
