TRIM38 Suppresses the Progression of Colorectal Cancer via Enhancing CCT6A Ubiquitination to Inhibit the MYC Pathway

This study reveals the tumor‐suppressive role of TRIM38 in colorectal cancer (CRC). TRIM38 is downregulated through DNA hypermethylation and correlates with unfavorable clinical features and poor prognosis. Mechanistically, TRIM38 inhibits CRC progression by promoting K48‐linked ubiquitination of CCT6A, leading to the destabilization of c‐Myc.

Catheter Injectable Multifunctional Biomaterial for the Treatment of Infected Enterocutaneous Fistulas

A multi‐functional shear‐thinning hydrogel is engineered to treat enterocutaneous fistulas. This hydrogel can resist external pressures allowing it to remain within the fistula tract and is shown to have significant antimicrobial, pro‐healing, and anti‐inflammatory properties, which were validated in in vitro and in vivo experiments.

Annexin A3 Represses Endothelial Permeability and Inflammation During Sepsis via Actin Cytoskeleton Modulation

Annexin A3 (ANXA3) plays an endogenous protective role in endothelial dysfunction in sepsis by stabilizing the actin cytoskeleton, modulating cell permeability, and inhibiting pATF2/CD62E inflammatory signaling.
