CO‐Releasing Polyoxometalates Nanozyme with Gut Mucosal Immunity and Microbiota Homeostasis Remodeling Effects for Restoring Intestinal Barrier Integrity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A CO‐releasing polyoxometalates nanozyme (PMC) is engineered by coordinating pentacarbonyl manganese bromide with molybdenum‐based polyoxometalates nanoclusters. PMC exhibits targeted accumulation at IBD sites, efficient ROS scavenging, and responsive CO release.

Functional Materials Targeted Regulation of Gasdermins: From Fundamentals to Functionalities and Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Targeted regulation of pyroptosis to modulate the immune landscape is a novel design strategy for cancer immunotherapy and anti‐inflammatory treatment. Pyroptosis, as a double‐edged sword, underscores the importance of optimizing the design strategy of functional materials and appropriately activating pyroptosis for the effective treatment of diseases.

Improving Deformable Image Registration Accuracy through a Hybrid Similarity Metric and CycleGAN Based Auto-Segmentation [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
Purpose: Deformable image registration (DIR) is critical in adaptive radiation therapy (ART) to account for anatomical changes. Conventional intensity-based DIR methods often fail when image intensities differ. This study evaluates a hybrid similarity metric combining intensity and structural information, leveraging CycleGAN-based intensity correction ...

MAGEA6 Engages a YY1‐Dependent Transcription to Dictate Perineural Invasion in Colorectal Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study investigates the role of MAGEA6 in perineural invasion (PNI) in colorectal cancer (CRC). MAGEA6 promotes CRC invasiveness by inhibiting YY1 ubiquitination, enhancing CXCL1 secretion, and recruiting Schwann cells. These findings highlight the potential of targeting the MAGEA6/YY1/CXCL1 axis for therapeutic strategies against PNI and tumor ...

Gravitational waves from equatorially eccentric extreme mass ratio inspirals around swirling Kerr black holes [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
We have studied the gravitational wave generated by extreme mass ratio inspirals (EMRIs) along eccentric orbits on equatorial plane within the frame of the swirling-Kerr black hole spacetime. The swirling-Kerr black hole has an extra swirling parameter, which characterizes the rotation of universe background.

Fragment Autoantigens Stimulated T‐Cell‐Immunotherapy (FAST) as a Fast Autologous Cancer Vaccine

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A personalized whole tumor cell vaccine (FAST) is developed to address immunosuppressive tumor microenvironments and genomic instability‐driven heterogeneity. Irradiation and cryoablation‐treated tumor cells generate fragmented antigens (FAs) that activate broad‐spectrum antigen presentation via upregulated immunogenic cell death, MHC‐I, and damage ...
