This work aims to provide a new Galerkin algorithm for solving the fractional Rayleigh-Stokes equation (FRSE). We select the basis functions for the Galerkin technique to be appropriate orthogonal combinations of the second kind of Chebyshev polynomials (

A recurrence relation for the square root
AbstractThe behavior of the sequence xn + 1 = xn(3N − xn2)2N is studied for N > 0 and varying real x0. When 0 < x0 < (3N)12 the sequence converges quadratically to N12. When x0 > (5N)12 the sequence oscillates infinitely. There is an increasing sequence βr, with β−1 = (3N)12 which converges to (5N)12 and is such that when βr < x0 < βr + 1 the sequence {

In patients treated with atezolizumab as a part of the MyPathway (NCT02091141) trial, pre‐treatment ctDNA tumor fraction at high levels was associated with poor outcomes (radiographic response, progression‐free survival, and overall survival) but better sensitivity for blood tumor mutational burden (bTMB).

Trastuzumab‐deruxtecan, a HER2‐targeting antibody‐drug conjugate, shows promising antitumor activity in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma with low HER2 expression. In vitro and in vivo studies demonstrated dose‐dependent cell death and tumor growth reduction in low HER2‐expressing cell lines, which correlated with drug accumulation measured using a

Sequences of twice-iterated Δw-Gould–Hopper Appell polynomials
In this paper, we introduce general sequence of twice-iterated [Formula: see text]-(degenerate) Gould–Hopper Appell polynomials (TI-DGHAP) via discrete [Formula: see text]-Gould–Hopper Appell convolution. We obtain some of their characteristic properties

Recurrence relations for the super-Halley method
In this paper we give sufficient conditions in order to assure the convergence of the super-Halley method in Banach spaces. We use a system of recurrence relations analogous to those given in the classical Newton-Kantorovich theorem, or those given for Chebyshev and Halley methods by different authors. © 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. Loss of primary cilia in endothelial cells promotes EndMT and vascular abnormalities in the ovarian tumor microenvironment through EphA2 activation. Using human samples, in vitro models, and endothelial‐specific Kif3a‐knockout mice, we show that primary cilia loss drives the acquisition of cancer‐associated fibroblast‐like phenotypes, thereby ...

An Orthogonal Polynomial Solution to the Confluent-Type Heun’s Differential Equation
In this work, we present both analytical and numerical solutions to a seven-parameter confluent Heun-type differential equation. This second-order linear differential equation features three singularities: two regular singularities and one irregular ...
