Cognitive passive radar system: software defined radio and deep learning approach
Cognitive passive radar (CPR) system is amenable to electromagnetic environment cooperating and optimal strategy making tasks on account of illumination source availability and waveform evaluation. In fact, intelligence will provide performance gain from

A lecture transcription system combining neural network acoustic and language models
This paper presents a new system for automatic transcription of lectures. The system combines a number of novel features, including deep neural network acoustic models using multi-level adaptive networks to incorporate out-of-domain information, and ...

Transcripts enriched in codons that trigger P‐site tRNA‐mediated mRNA decay possess stable mRNA
PTMD codons were first described by Mendel et al. as mediators of an mRNA decay pathway dependent on the human protein CNOT3, homologous to yeast Not5. Our findings confirm that PTMD codons destabilize transcripts; however, unlike in yeast, the human pathway specifically targets and slightly destabilizes primarily stable mRNAs.

A Model for Programmability and Virtuality in Dynamical Neural Networks
In this dissertation a fixed-weight architecture for Continuous Time Recurrent Neural Networks (CTRNNs) is proposed in order to give an account for biological phenomena, controlled by neuronal activity, in which changes of behavior occur so fast that ...

Tustin neural networks: a class of recurrent nets for adaptive MPC of mechanical systems
The use of recurrent neural networks to represent the dynamics of unstable systems is difficult due to the need to properly initialize their internal states, which in most of the cases do not have any physical meaning, consequent to the non-smoothness of the optimization problem.

Loss of AMBRA1 activates MAPK and angiogenesis signaling pathways in melanoma cells
Loss of AMBRA1 in melanoma cells activates multiple oncogenic pathways associated with tumor progression. Transcriptomic and protein network analyses revealed that AMBRA1 depletion enhances MAPK/ERK signaling, angiogenesis, TGF‐β/EMT signaling, and Wnt/axon guidance pathways.

ABSTRACT Background SOX1 antibody‐positive paraneoplastic neurological syndromes (PNS) exhibit significant population‐specific clinical heterogeneity. While Western cohorts predominantly manifest Lambert‐Eaton myasthenic syndrome (65%–80%), comprehensive clinical characterization and treatment response data in Asian populations remain critically ...
