Market-oriented reforms, policy thresholds, and regional heterogeneity: in-depth examination of China’s refined oil pricing mechanism

open access: yesCogent Economics & Finance
China has continually reformed its refined oil pricing system to balance market efficiency with policy stability. This study revisits the pricing mechanism, emphasizing market reforms, policy thresholds, and regional heterogeneity.

In Situ Stress‐Dispersing Hydrogel Millispheres via Load Redistribution to Restore Nucleus Pulposus Metabolic Homeostasis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Local stress concentration disrupts metabolic homeostasis and induces inflammation in the nucleus pulposus (NP), thereby accelerating intervertebral disc degeneration (IDD). A biomimetic HA/ChS hydrogel millimeter sphere (ChS@HM) is developed to enable synergistic stress dispersion and sustained hydration lubrication.

Optimization of regional methanol multimodal transport system planning considering refined oil storage and transportation facilities

open access: yesYou-qi chuyun
ObjectiveThe geographical disparity between methanol production and consumption, compounded by the limited capacity of current storage and transportation facilities, hinders large-scale, long-distance, low-carbon, and efficient methanol transport ...

Single‐Cell Annotation and Localization via Integrating Spatial Transcriptomics Maps the Mouse Ocular Atlas and RAO Dynamics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We developed the ASCAL pipeline, integrating complementary spatial transcriptomics, to construct a high‐fidelity mouse whole‐eye single‐cell atlas. Applying ASCAL to a retinal artery occlusion (RAO) model revealed spatially restricted immune activation localized to the ganglion cell layer and the selective depletion of a translationally active, outer ...

Regulating access of oil production and refining objects to pipeline networks: Russian and German experience

open access: yesCETERIS PARIBUS, 2016
In Russia the right to access oil and oil product pipeline networks is governed by a vast number of laws and subordinate legislation. On one hand, this imperative method is justified in order to ensure indiscriminate access to pipelines. On the other hand, international practices show that these objectives can also be achieved using a permissive legal ...

Engineered Exosomal miR‐146a‐5p Reprograms BMSC Fate and Restores Mitochondrial Homeostasis in Glucocorticoid‐Induced Osteonecrosis of Femoral Head

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Exosomal miR‐146a‐5p is identified as a pivotal regulator in steroid‐induced osteonecrosis. Its reduction activates NF‐κB signaling, compromises mitophagy, and disrupts mitochondrial bioenergetics, resulting in autophagic disequilibrium. Engineered exosomes delivering miR‐146a‐5p reinstate mitochondrial function, augment oxidative phosphorylation and ...
