Using a multifaceted approach combining medical history, JMF warning signs, physical examination, and comprehensive immunological evaluation, we identified a considerable frequency of PIDs among pediatric patients with EGID, predominantly antibody deficiencies. JMF warning signs were present in only a minority of patients.
