A cryoprotectant‐compatible nanoporous platform enables ambient‐stable and scalable delivery of gene editing therapeutics. By combining hierarchical pore architecture with optimized lyophilization chemistry, the system preserves Cas9‐RNP activity post‐freeze‐drying.

Ammonium Salts as Curing Agents to Obtain Ionic Epoxy Resins With a Thermoplastic‐to‐Thermoset Transition

Ionic epoxy networks are prepared using ammonium salts as hardeners, leading to a two‐stage curing process with a thermoplastic‐like intermediate. This uncommon behavior enables extrusion and fabrication of thermoplastic prepregs that can be cured into thermoset composites.

Minimum Reflux Ratio of Multicomponent Distillation for the Non-ideal System

筆者らは多成分非理想系蒸留における最小還流比について解析し, 非分配成分が存在しない場合, 理想糸で同様にピンチポイントは原料段付近にありその組成は原料の液状部分の組成に等しいことを示した。この結果, たとえ非理想系と言えども, 原料液状部分の組成に対する比揮発度を用いれば, 限界成分の与えられた分離比に対する最小遠流比は, Underwood の方法によって求めることかでき, また与えられた還流比, 留出および缶出量に対する末端組成は先に示した筆者らの方法によって求めることができる。一方, 非分配成分が現われる場合, 原料供給段とピンチボイントの間の解析的表現がえられないために, 最小還流比の計算法は煩雑になる。この場合, 逐次段計算法によって計算は可能であるが, 実用的でない。

Light Switchable Ionic Conductivity of Arylazopyrazole Modified Polysiloxanes

We present a polysiloxane functionalized with a novel arylazopyrazole dye that undergoes reversible photoisomerization. Upon lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide addition and UV irradiation, the polymer exhibits a shift in tan(d) toward higher frequencies and enhanced ionic conductivity.
