Zagreb indices of block-edge transformation graphs and their complements

open access: yesIndonesian Journal of Combinatorics, 2017
In this paper, we obtain expressions for first and second Zagreb indices and coindices of block-edge transformation graphs G^{ab}. Analogous expressions are obtained also for the complements of G^{ab}.

Extremal trees with respect to the first and second reformulated Zagreb index

open access: yesMalaya Journal of Matematik, 2017
Let $G$ be a graph with edge set $E(G)$. The first and second reformulated Zagreb indices of $G$ are defined as $E M_1(G)=\sum_{e \in E(G)} \operatorname{deg}(e)^2$ and $E M_2(G)=\sum_{e \sim f} \operatorname{deg}(e) \operatorname{deg}(f)$,respectively, where $\operatorname{deg}(e)$ denotes the degree of the edge $e$, and $e \sim f$ means that the ...

Octonion Quantum Chromodynamics

open access: yes, 2012
Starting with the usual definitions of octonions, an attempt has been made to establish the relations between octonion basis elements and Gell-Mann \lambda matrices of SU(3)symmetry on comparing the multiplication tables for Gell-Mann \lambda matrices of

Covariant canonical quantization of fields and Bohmian mechanics

open access: yes, 2004
We propose a manifestly covariant canonical method of field quantization based on the classical De Donder-Weyl covariant canonical formulation of field theory.

Out of Equilibrium Thermal Field Theories - Finite Time after Switching on the Interaction - Wigner Transforms of Projected Functions [PDF]

open access: yes, 2000
We study out of equilibrium thermal field theories with switching on the interaction occurring at finite time using the Wigner transforms (in relative space-time) of two-point functions.

The Extremal Graphs of Some Topological Indices with Given Vertex k-Partiteness

open access: yesMathematics, 2018
The vertex k-partiteness of graph G is defined as the fewest number of vertices whose deletion from G yields a k-partite graph. In this paper, we characterize the extremal value of the reformulated first Zagreb index, the multiplicative-sum Zagreb index,

Norm-variation of ergodic averages with respect to two commuting transformations

open access: yes, 2017
We study double ergodic averages with respect to two general commuting transformations and establish a sharp quantitative result on their convergence in the norm.

A numerical comparison of solvers for large-scale, continuous-time algebraic Riccati equations and LQR problems

open access: yes, 2020
In this paper, we discuss numerical methods for solving large-scale continuous-time algebraic Riccati equations. These methods have been the focus of intensive research in recent years, and significant progress has been made in both the theoretical ...

Quantum space and quantum completeness

open access: yes, 2018
Motivated by the question whether quantum gravity can "smear out" the classical singularity we analyze a certain quantum space and its quantum-mechanical completeness.

Exploring Graph Product Operations Through Eccentricity Connectivity Coindex: A Comprehensive QSPR Analysis of Octane Isomers

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
In this article, the first eccentricity connectivity coindex is introduced as ECI¯G=∑uv∉EGε2u+ε2v, in which ε(u) denotes the eccentricity of the vertex u in the simple connected graph G. Then, the exact expressions are obtained for the first eccentricity connectivity coindex of some graph products.
