Ordered three‐dimensional anodic aluminum oxide (3D‐AAO) nanoarchitectures with longitudinal and transverse pores enable architecture‐driven metamaterials. The review maps fabrication advances, including hybrid pulse anodization, and shows how 3D‐AAO templates tailor properties across magnetism, energy, catalysis, and sensing.

Surgical technique for removing an extensive persistent pupillary membrane
[[abstract]]We describe a simple, safe, and effective surgical technique to manage an extensive persistent pupillary membrane. Strands of the membrane are dragged and cut outside the cornea via 4 1.5 to 2.0 mm clear corneal wounds at 3, 6, 9, and 12 o ...

Drawing inspiration from the layered hard‐soft architecture found in sea sponges, this work establishes a new framework for architected cementitious composites (ACC) through multi‐material additive manufacturing (MMAM) process. The integration of mortar and elastomer phases into layered architectures enables synergistic toughening mechanisms, including

Energetic Offset in Organic Solar Cells‐ Importance, Confusion and Outlook
Energetic offsets in organic solar cells (OSCs) remain a subject of debate due to measurement‐ and lab‐dependent discrepancies. This Perspective clarifies the physical origins of these variations and identifies temperature‐dependent electro‐optical methods as a reliable approach to obtain consistent offset values.

Mathematical Model: Comparative Study of Thermal Effects of Laser in Corneal Refractive Surgeries
Lasers have been widely used in ophthalmology. Refractive errors are some of the most common ophthalmic abnormalities worldwide. Laser refractive surgery was developed to correct refractive errors myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism.

We introduce a molecular strategy to assemble one‐dimensional (1D) materials into two‐dimensional (2D) van der Waals metal–organic frameworks (MOFs). Crystals of [FeX(pzX)(bpy)] (X = Cl, F) form anisotropic 2D layers that can be mechanically exfoliated into thin sheets.
