Multiple cryoinjuries modulate the efficiency of zebrafish heart regeneration [PDF]
Zebrafish can regenerate their damaged hearts throughout their lifespan. It is, however, unknown, whether regeneration remains effective when challenged with successive cycles of cardiac damage in the same animals.

An Efficient Model For Scaffold Mediated Bone Regeneration
We present a three dimensional, time dependent model for bone regeneration in the presence of porous scaffolds to bridge critical size bone defects. Our approach uses homogenized quantities, thus drastically reducing computational cost compared to models resolving the microstructural scale of the scaffold.

Efficient Adventitious Shoot Regeneration in Cicer Milkvetch [PDF]
ABSTRACTA procedure has been developed for high frequency adventitious shoot regeneration from hypocotyls, cotyledon, stem and petiole explants of cicer milkvetch. All explants isolated from in vitro seedlings were cultured on Murashige and Skoog (MS) media supplemented with various concentrations of 6-benzylaminopurine (BA) and α-naphthaleneacetic ...

Efficient recovery and regeneration of integrated retroviruses [PDF]
We report a rapid and efficient PCR-based rescue procedure for integrated recombinant retroviruses. Full-length proviral DNA is amplified by long-range PCR using a pair of primers derived from the long terminal repeats (LTR), and virus is regenerated by transfecting retrovirus-packaging cells with the PCR-derived provirus.

A GRF-GIF chimeric protein improves the regeneration efficiency of transgenic plants
The potential of genome editing to improve the agronomic performance of crops is often limited by low plant regeneration efficiencies and few transformable genotypes.
