The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

For self-gravitating, static, spherically symmetric, minimally coupled scalar fields with arbitrary potentials and negative kinetic energy (favored by the cosmological observations), we give a classification of possible regular solutions to the field ...

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

Some Types of Regularity and Normality Axioms in Cech Fuzzy Soft Closure Spaces
In the present paper, some types of regularity and normality axioms in Cech fuzzy soft closurespaces and their associative fuzzy soft topological spaces are defined and studied.

Topological regular variation: III. Regular variation
The paper extends the topological theory of regular variation of the slowly varying case of \textit{N. H. Bingham} and \textit{A. J. Ostaszewski} [Topology Appl. 157, No. 13, 1999--2013 (2010; Zbl 1202.26004)] to the regularly varying functions between metric groups, viewed as normed groups, cf. \textit{N. H. Exploiting metabolic adaptations to overcome dabrafenib treatment resistance in melanoma cells
We show that dabrafenib‐resistant melanoma cells undergo mitochondrial remodeling, leading to elevated respiration and ROS production balanced by stronger antioxidant defenses. This altered redox state promotes survival despite mitochondrial damage but renders resistant cells highly vulnerable to ROS‐inducing compounds such as PEITC, highlighting redox

Diagonal Matrix Reduction over Refinement Rings
: A ring R is called a refinement ring if the monoid of finitely generated projective R- modules is refinement. Let R be a commutative refinement ring and M, N, be two finitely generated projective R-nodules, then M~N if and only if Mm ~Nm for all ...

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

Uniformities and covering properties for partial frames (I) [PDF]
Partial frames provide a rich context in which to do pointfree structured and unstructured topology. A small collection of axioms of an elementary nature allows one to do much traditional pointfree topology, both on the level of frames or locales, and ...
