Regular and chaotic dynamics of a chain of magnetic dipoles with moments of inertia

Journal of Experimental and Theoretical Physics, 2009
The nonlinear dynamic modes of a chain of coupled spherical bodies having dipole magnetic moments that are excited by a homogeneous ac magnetic field are studied using numerical analysis. Bifurcation diagrams are constructed and used to find conditions for the presence of several types of regular, chaotic, and quasi-periodic oscillations. The effect of

Dipole–Monopole Crossover and Chargeless Half-Mode in an Integrable Exciton–Phonon Nonlinear Dynamical System on a Regular One-Dimensional Lattice

Ukrainian Journal of Physics, 2023
A new form of the integrable nonlinear exciton–phonon dynamical system characterized by two physically independent parameters is suggested. The system is settled along an infinite one-dimensional regular lattice, and it admits the semi-discrete Lax representation in terms of 3 × 3 auxiliary spectral and evolution matrices.

Dipole model of electromagnetic wave propagation in regular 3D lattices of scatterers

Conference Proceedings 2000 International Conference on Mathematical Methods in Electromagnetic Theory (Cat. No.00EX413), 2002
In this presentation we consider artificial (photonic) crystals formed by dielectric or metallic inclusions arranged in the nodes of a regular three-dimensional lattice with parallelepipedal elementary cell of the general kind. The background medium is an isotropic dielectric.

Computation of the static polarizabilities of multi-wall carbon nanotubes and fullerites using a Gaussian regularized point dipole interaction model

Carbon, 2006
Abstract A Gaussian regularized dipolar model has been developed for carbon sp2 structures. It is based on three parameters: the two components of the local polarizability tensor of the carbon atoms and a regularization parameter related to the size of the electronic clouds.

Point interactions of the dipole type defined through a three-parametric power regularization

Journal of Physics A: Mathematical and Theoretical, 2010
A family of point interactions of the dipole type is studied in one dimension using a regularization by rectangles in the form of a barrier and a well separated by a finite distance. The rectangles and the distance are parametrized by a squeezing parameter e → 0 with three powers μ, ν and τ describing the squeezing rates for the barrier, the well and ...

Formation of Electromagnetic Fields by Regular and Biconical Dipoles with Constant and Variable Distributed Surface Impedance under Conditions of Arbitrary Excitation

Radioelectronics and Communications Systems
Using a thin wire approximation, a numerical and analytical solution was obtained for the problem of current distribution in regular and biconical dipoles with constant and variable distributed surface impedance and arbitrary excitation located in free space.

Balanced Molecular Interactions with Mild Dipole Moment for Intermediate Suppressing in High Performance Antisolvent‐Free Regular α ‐FAPbI 3 Solar Cells

Advanced Materials
ABSTRACT It is promising to fabricate perovskite solar cells (PSCs) without antisolvent, but its intrinsic slow nucleation and unhomogenized growth are often accompanied by enormous solvated intermediates, which divert the α ‐FAPbI 3 ...
