MagmaFlow: A desktop platform for artificial intelligence‐driven expression analysis
MagmaFlow is a free, no‐code platform for gene expression analysis. It generates interactive volcano plots, links genes to literature, pathways, and diseases, prioritizes candidates using millions of publications, identifies affected biological processes, builds network diagrams, and exports publication‐ready figures and reports for macOS and Windows ...

Poincaré duality in Hochschild (co)homology [PDF]
These are notes on van den Bergh’s analogue of Poincar´e duality in Hochschild (co)homology [VdB98]. They are based on survey talks that I gave in 2006 in G¨ottingen, Cambridge and Warsaw and consist of an elementary explanation of the proof in terms ...

Super-regularity in local rings
for which the bi-functor Extz(-, -) is non-vanishing) is quite independent from the weak (or Tor -) dimension of A (i.e. the last integer n for which the bi-functor Tort (-, -) is non-vanishing). En this note we show that equality of these dimensions in local rings is related to phenorn- ena of finiteness of prime ideals.

Complementarity of Long‐Reads and Optical Mapping in Parkinson's Disease for Structural Variants
ABSTRACT Objective Long‐read sequencing and optical genome mapping technologies have the ability to detect large and complex structural variants. This has led to the discovery of novel pathogenic variants in neurodegenerative movement disorders. Thus, we aimed to systematically compare the SV detection capabilities of OGM and ONT in Parkinson's disease.

Pure subrings of regular local rings, endomorphism rings and Frobenius morphisms
The aim of this paper is threefold: first, to prove that the endomorphism ring associated to a pure subring of a regular local ring is a noncommutative crepant resolution if it is maximal Cohen-Macaulay; second, to see that in that situation, a different,

Some results on simple complete ideals having one characteristic pair
Let α be a regular local two-dimensional ring, and let m = (x, y) be its maximal ideal. Let m > n > 1 be coprime integers, and let p be the integral closure of the ideal (x^m , y^n ).

ABSTRACT Background X‐linked adrenoleukodystrophy (X‐ALD) is a neurometabolic disorder caused by pathogenic variants in ABCD1, leading to slowly progressive spinal cord disease in nearly all affected men. Sensitive biomarkers to quantify disease severity and predict progression are needed for clinical care and trial design.

The Local Factorization Theorem of Zariski and Abhyankar implies that between a given pair of 2-dimensional regular local rings, S (GREATERTHEQ) R, having the same quotient field, every chain of regular local rings must be finite in length.
