The PI3Kδ inhibitor roginolisib (IOA‐244) preserves T‐cell function and activity
Identification of novel PI3K inhibitors with limited immune‐related adverse effects is highly sought after. We found that roginolisib and idelalisib inhibit chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells and Treg suppressive functions to similar extents, but roginolisib affects cytotoxic T‐cell function and promotion of pro‐inflammatory T helper subsets to a

MEASURE OF NON-COMPACTNESS IN THE LORENTZ SPACES
Geometric characteristics of regular spaces are determined. Examples of regular spaces are the Lebesgue and Lorentz spaces, in particular. For the Lorentz spaces an inequality for arbitrary subsets, connecting the measures of noncompactness and are ...

Meta‐transcriptome analysis identified FGF19 as a peptide enteroendocrine hormone associated with colorectal cancer prognosis. In vivo xenograft models showed release of FGF19 into the blood at levels that correlated with tumor volumes. Tumoral‐FGF19 altered murine liver metabolism through FGFR4, thereby reducing bile acid synthesis and increasing ...

This work identified serum proteins associated with pancreatic epithelial neoplasms (PanINs) and early‐stage PDAC. Proteomics screens assessed genetically engineered mice with abundant PanINs, KPC mice (Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐KrasG12D/+ Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐Trp53R172H/+ Pdx1‐Cre) before PDAC development and also early‐stage PDAC patients (n = 31), compared to benign ...

$$\hbox {AdS}_3$$ AdS 3 holography for non-BPS geometries
By using the approach introduced in Ganchev et al. (Q-Balls Meet Fuzzballs: Non-BPS Microstate Geometries. arXiv:2107.09677 [hep-th]) we construct non-BPS solutions of 6D (1, 0) supergravity coupled to two tensor multiplets as a perturbation of $$\hbox ...

Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

The Order Continuity of the Regular Norm on Regular Operator Spaces
We present here some sufficient conditions for the regular norm on to be order continuous, and for () to be a KB-space. In particular we deduce a characterization of the order continuity of the regular norm using L- and M-weak compactness of regular ...

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

Clinical analysis reveals significant dysregulation of FGFRL1 in esophageal cancer (EC) patients. RNAi‐coupled next‐generation sequencing (NGS) and in vitro study reveal FGFRL1‐mediated EC progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and Notch pathways. Functional assays confirm its role in tumor growth, migration, and invasion.

The Central Extension Defining the Super Matrix Generalization of W1+∞
We prove that the Lie superalgebra of regular differential operators on the superspace ℂM|N[t,t−1] has an essentially unique non-trivial central extension.
