From Cell‐Free Transcriptomes to Single‐Cell Landscapes: Biomarker Discovery and Originating Cell Alteration Analysis via Graph Matrix Factorization

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CellFreeGMF traces plasma cfRNA to likely originating cell types by integrating single‐cell atlases with graph‐regularized matrix factorization. The method decomposes cfRNA profiles into sample–cell contributions to reconstruct pseudo single‐cell expression.

Data‐Driven Modeling of Composition–Processing–Microstructure Relations for Recycled Aluminum Cast Alloys

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Interpretable machine learning reveals how composition and processing govern the formation and microstructural burden of Fe‐rich intermetallic compounds in recycled Al–Si–Fe–Mn alloys. By separating morphology selection from morphology‐conditioned burden partitioning, this framework shows that identical Fe contents can yield different intermetallic ...

A regularized trace formula for a discontinuous Sturm-Liouville operator with delayed argument

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2017
In this study, we obtain a formula for the regularized sums of eigenvalues for a Sturm-Liouville problem with delayed argument at two points of discontinuity.

Physics‐Constrained Constitutive Learning of Rate‐Limiting Timescales for Efficient Hydrogen‐Based Direct Reduction for Green Steel Making

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A conversion‐resolved constitutive framework is developed for the hydrogen‐based direct reduction of iron oxide pellets. Effective reaction and transport timescales are inferred directly from measured trajectories and mapped against operating conditions, pellet architecture, and composition. The analysis reveals how late‐stage transport control emerges

Ion‐Gating Reservoir Computing for Preprocessing‐Free Speech Recognition from Throat Vibrations

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This work presents a throat‐mounted mechanoelectric sensor integrated with an ion‐gel/graphene reservoir device for on‐device speech recognition. The system converts raw biomechanical vibrations into rich nonlinear current dynamics, enabling efficient classification through a simple linear readout. The approach highlights a compact and tunable physical‐

Stable Numerical Solution of an Elliptic PDE Inverse Problem Subject to Incomplete Boundary Conditions

open access: yesWasit Journal of Computer and Mathematics Science
This paper addresses the inverse problem of reconstructing complete steady-state solutions for elliptic partial differential equations when boundary information is incomplete a situation common in electromagnetic, thermal, and geophysical modeling where ...
