Tumbling Magnetic Microrobots for Targeted In Vivo Drug Delivery in the GI Tract
We introduce a microrobot design and integrated system for on‐demand targeted drug release in the gastrointestinal tract. The microrobot has an embedded magnet for actuation with external magnetic fields and is visualized in real time using ultrasound. It has two drug release ports sealed with a thermally sensitive wax. Local heating of the wax using a

A genome‐wide microRNA CRISPR screen identifies miR‐18a as a master regulator of cross‐resistance in melanoma. Loss of miR‐18a activates the AJUBA–YAP/Hippo axis to confer BRAFi resistance and enhances THBS1–CD47 interaction to impair CD8+ T cell immunity. hnRNP A1 is identified as an upstream regulator of miR‐18a processing.

Wild Fauna in Oman: Foot-and-Mouth Disease Outbreak in Arabyan Oryx (Oryx leucorix)
The Sultanate of Oman boasts remarkable biodiversity, exemplified by such species as the Arabian leopard (Panthera pardus nimr) and the Arabian oryx (Oryx leucoryx), national symbols that highlight the extensive conservation efforts required to protect ...

Modeling Predator Habitat to Enhance Reintroduction Planning
Context The success of species reintroduction often depends on predation risk and spatial estimates of predator habitat. The fisher (Pekania pennanti) is a species of conservation concern and populations in the western United States have declined ...

This study identifies an immunometabolic axis wherein SAM‐driven PRMT1 methylates LDHA, enhancing its activity. The resultant lactate induces STAT3 K709 lactylation, which stabilizes an active conformation to promote STAT3 phosphorylation and IL‐10 expression.

Abstract Dynamin 1 is a GTPase protein involved in synaptic vesicle fission, which facilitates the exocytosis of neurotransmitters necessary for normal signaling. Pathogenic variants in the DNM1 gene are associated with intractable epilepsy, often manifested as infantile spasms at onset, developmental delay, and a movement disorder, and are located in ...

Long‐Term Changes in Survival of Eurasian Lynx in Three Reintroduced Populations in Switzerland
For conservation or management programs, basic data on vital rates are important but often hard to acquire for long‐lived and elusive wildlife species such as large carnivores.
