Interaktivní vizualizace RELAX NG schémat
The aim of this thesis is to create a tool for visualisation of RELAX NG schemas. RELAX NG schemas define a form of XML documents. They determine what elements and attributes can be used in the document and how they can be combined. Visualisation of schemas enables easier orientation in the structure of RELAX NG patterns.

Dynamic ng-Path Relaxation for the Delivery Man Problem
Transportation Science, 2014The ng-path relaxation was introduced by Baldacci, Mingozzi, and Roberti [Baldacci R, Mingozzi A, Roberti R (2011) New route relaxation and pricing strategies for the vehicle routing problem. Oper. Res. 59(5):1269–1283] for computing tight lower bounds to vehicle routing problems by solving a relaxation of the set-partitioning formulation, where ...

Mechanisms of the Endothelium-Dependent Relaxation Induced by NG-Hydroxy-L-Arginine
Journal of Cardiovascular Pharmacology, 1992There are three mechanisms by which NG-hydroxy-L-arginine (L-HOArg) induces endothelium-dependent relaxations. L-HOArg is a substrate for the constitutive nitric oxide (NO) synthase present in endothelial cells (ECs). It reacts with NO released from EC to form a potent and more stable vasodilator.

NG-monomethyl L-arginine is a non-specific inhibitor of vascular relaxation
European Journal of Pharmacology, 1989Here, we report that NMMA is not a specific antagonist since it also antagonizes the vasodilation mediated by a wide range of compounds which are structurally and functionally unrelated to L ...

Endothelium-dependent relaxation resistant to NG-nitro-l-arginine in rat aorta
European Journal of Pharmacology, 1995Experiments were designed to determine whether cyclic GMP-independent relaxation is involved in the endothelium-dependent vascular relaxation response of rat aortic strip to acetylcholine. The relaxation response to acetylcholine in the presence of 3 x 10(-4) M NG-nitro-L-arginine was apparent when the precontraction was induced by norepinephrine at 5 ...

L-NG-nitro-arginine inhibits nicotine-induced relaxation of isolated rat duodenum
European Journal of Pharmacology, 1991We studied the effects of L-NG-nitro-arginine (L-NOARG), which inhibits nitric oxide (NO) biosynthesis from L-arginine, on the non-adrenergic, non-cholinergic (NANC)-mediated relaxation induced by nicotine in isolated rat duodenum. L-NOARG reduced nicotine-induced relaxation, and L-arginine prevented the inhibitory effect of L-NOARG.

NG-Amino-L-arginine: A new potent antagonist of L-arginine-mediated endothelium-dependent relaxation
Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications, 1990This study examined the influence of NG-amino-L-arginine, a novel structural analog of L-arginine, on endothelium-dependent relaxation, contraction, and cyclic GMP accumulation in isolated rings of bovine pulmonary artery. NG-Amino-L-arginine caused potent and stereoselective endothelium-dependent contraction that was associated with a marked and ...

Studies were designed to determine the extent of the involvement of endothelium-derived relaxing factor(s) other than nitric oxide (NO) in vascular relaxation in response to acetylcholine (ACh) in the rabbit renal artery. ACh (10(-9)-10(-6) M) induced concentration-dependent relaxation of isolated endothelium-intact arterial rings preconstricted with ...

beta-Adrenoceptors are present on vascular smooth muscle and on endothelium. We investigated whether the endothelial beta-adrenoceptors induce relaxation of rat mesenteric resistance arteries by stimulation of endothelium-derived relaxing factor (EDRF) release.
