Automatic helical-spring stress relaxometer for intermittent or continuous relaxation measurements
Journal of Scientific Instruments, 1963The relaxometer described enables changes in stress with time in a vulcanizate at a known extension to be measured automatically in a closed atmosphere or in a vacuum. Measurements may be made either with the sample continuously stressed (continuous relaxation) or stressed only for short periods at fixed time intervals (intermittent relaxation).

Chapter 4. Broadband Fast Field-cycling Relaxometer: Requirements, Instrumentation and Verification
2018The technical requirements of a broadband fast field-cycling (FFC) NMR relaxometer are discussed. Specifically, the instrumentation of an optimized home-built FFC relaxometer, located in Darmstadt (Germany), is presented in detail. Magnet design, power electronics and various probe heads for a temperature range from 10 to 1400 K are described.
