Construction of a Plate Relaxometer for Measurement of Viscoelasticity of Polymer Melt
The Journal of the Society of Chemical Industry, Japan, 1968 高分子溶融物の低弾性率にわたる応力緩和を測定する目的で,平板式応力緩和計(Plate Relaxometer)を試作した。測定原理は箱形のセル中の試料の中心にプレートをさしこみ, セルに瞬間的に一定の変位を与えて, プレートに発生するずり応力の時間的変化を測定するものである。装置の形状効果の消去できる条件を検討し, 緩和弾性率より他の粘弾性関数を評価し, 独立な方法により求めた実測値との比較を行なった。本装置によれば107dyne/cm2付近から102dyne/cm2付近にわたる緩和弾性率の測定が可能である。
