Integration of Low‐Voltage Nanoscale MoS2 Memristors on CMOS Microchips
This article presents the first monolithic integration of nanoscale MoS2‐based memristors into the back‐end‐of‐line of foundry‐fabricated CMOS microchips in a one‐transistor‐one‐resistor (1T1R) architecture. The MoS2‐based 1T1R cells exhibit forming‐free, nonvolatile resistive switching with ultra‐low operating voltages, low cycle‐to‐cycle variability ...

Reasoning, logic, and psychology
We argue that reasoning has been conceptualized so narrowly in what is known as ‘psychology of reasoning’ that reasoning's relevance to cognitive science has become well‐nigh invisible.

This study examines the concept of persuasive reasoning (iqna‘i) in the Qur’an, focusing on the narrative of Prophet Ibrahim as interpreted in Tafsir Mafātiḥ al-Ghayb. As a form of deductive reasoning, iqna‘i logic strengthens faith and resilience in the

A compostable PGS soft surgical robot with interchangeable modules integrates transient Mo tactile and Si thermal sensors for dual feedback. The device preserves its function after clinical‐grade sterilization, demonstrates stable actuation and cardiac tissue grasping with real‐time in vivo pulsatile monitoring, and biodegrades post‐use with soil‐safe,

Measuring formula-variable relevance in four-valued logic by forgetting
This paper discusses an approach to evaluate the relevance between a formula and a variable in it under the four-valued semantics. In the existing literature, for the classical two-valued propositional logic, there are definitions of whether a variable ...

Significant nanoscale oxygen diffusion coefficient variations are measured in ferroelectric hafnium zirconium oxide films with grain boundaries and electrode interfaces exhibiting values 104 times larger than the grain cores. Overall coefficients are 10X larger for films prepared with metal nitride electrodes compared to refractory metals. New insights

Electro‐Steric Ion Confinement in Polyelectrolyte Networks for Robust Nonvolatile Artificial Synapse
Polyelectrolyte stoichiometry governs ion transport and retention in electrolyte‐gated synaptic transistors. A PSS‐rich network creates electro‐steric ion confinement that suppresses ion back‐diffusion and stabilizes channel doping, enabling robust nonvolatile synaptic memory, linear weight updates, and low‐energy operation.
