Neonatal Network, 2002
A walk down memory lane is provided from the perspective of Chicagoland nurses who have each provided neonatal care for 20 years or greater. Sixteen nurses were interviewed, representing at least 11 different units in the area. Combined, over 390 years of neonatal care have been provided by these nurses.
