Rates of removal and degradation of chylomicron remnants by isolated perfused rat liver.
Chylomicron remnants are removed intact by isolated perfused rat livers and their lipid components are metabolized by the liver (Biochim. Biophys. Acta 488: 464, 1977). The present study provides quantitative information regarding these processes.

An Edible H2O2 Biosensor for Gastrointestinal Metabolites and Peroxidase Enzyme Quantification
We present an edible biosensor for gastric fluid analysis that integrates a caffeic acid–horseradish peroxidase redox system into an edible electrolyte‐gated transistor. The device enables rapid, low‐volume detection of H2O2 and, with minimal modification, metabolites and enzyme activity in simulated gastrointestinal conditions.

Engineering of Glioblastoma‐Derived Biomimetic Vesicles and Their Structural and Molecular Features
ABSTRACT Biomimetic nanosystems and vesicles have arisen as a novel approach to design vesicular transport systems with diverse therapeutic potential. The ‘biomimetic’ strategy involves the integration of cell membrane components into lipid bilayers, conferring them with biological properties originating from the cell of origin. Until now, most studies

We developed a novel copper‐doped aluminum nano‐adjuvant (CuNA) to overcome cytarabine resistance in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). CuNA effectively sensitizes drug‐resistant AML cells to cytarabine by inducing mitochondrial dysfunction and inhibiting HMGCR/GPX4 to amplify ferroptosis.

Neural cell–derived small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) are emerging as pivotal mediators in neurodegenerative diseases, exerting both pathogenic and therapeutic functions. This review synthesizes current evidence on how sEVs from distinct neural cell types regulate neurodegeneration, neuroprotection, biomarker discovery, and targeted drug delivery ...

Correlation between remnant cholesterol and hyperuricemia in American adults
Abstract Background Remnant cholesterol (RC) is an important marker for assessing the risk of metabolic syndrome. However, the correlation between RC and hyperuricemia (HUA) remains unclear. This study aimed to explore the correlation between RC and HUA in American adults. Methods
