Ultra‐Wide‐Field Noninvasive Imaging Through Scattering Media Via Physics‐Guided Deep Learning

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We propose a physics‐guided adaptive dual‐domain learning method for ultra‐wide‐field noninvasive imaging through scattering media, namely UNI‐Net. Our method not only reduces the requirement for real experimental data by an order of magnitude but also enables clear imaging of complex scenes with an ultra‐large field of view, which is 164 times the OME

Light‐Switched Mesenchymal Stem Cells for In Situ Exosome Amplification in Craniofacial Bone Defect Reconstruction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Light‐switchable MSCs (MSC‐UCNPs) were constructed by intracellular incorporation of UCNPs. Upon 980 nm irradiation, UCNPs emitted localized ultraviolet light (365 nm), activating the ROS/HEXB/LAMP1 signaling pathway to suppress lysosome–multivesicular body fusion and thereby enhance exosome biogenesis. Embedded within an injectable hydrogel, MSC‐UCNPs

Remote Healthcare Monitoring and Assessment [PDF]

open access: possibleTechnology and Health Care, 2010
Remote healthcare monitoring is the process of assessing the well-being of a patient when the patient and their healthcare professional are not located together. Advances in technology, specifically medical devices, sensors and high speed fixed and wireless communication networks have made it possible to bring the assessment process to the patient, as ...
