Enhanced Electron Reflection at Mott‐Insulator Interfaces

open access: yesAnnalen der Physik, Volume 538, Issue 6, June 2026.
A condensed‐matter analog of the Klein paradox is demonstrated at a Mott‐insulator‐semiconductor interface. Using the hierarchy of correlations, Schrödinger‐like equations for doublons and holons as well as boundary conditions are derived. For incident energies below mid‐gap, the interface exhibits anomalous reflection probabilities exceeding unity ...

Population‐Specific Chemotypes in Pseudomisopates rivas‐martinezii (Sanchez Mata) Güemes From La Serrota and Gredos Massifs (Iberian Central Range)

open access: yesChemistry &Biodiversity, Volume 23, Issue 6, June 2026.
Pseudomisopates rivas‐martinezii, a critically endangered Iberian endemic, reveals population‐specific chemotypes when analyzed by elemental analysis, FTIR, and GC–MS. Underground tissues from both populations share a convergent histidine‐derived metabolite profile, whereas aerial parts diverge markedly: La Serrota accumulates phenolic derivatives from

Regularization, renormalization, and renormalization groups

open access: yes, 2011
This paper confronts renormalization used in quantum field theory and that used in critical phenomena studies in statistical mechanics or dynamical systems theory. Regularization that cures spurious divergences is distinguished from renormalization transformations allowing to compute actual physical divergences.

Evaluation of Hemodynamic Environment of Intracranial Aneurysms After Flow Disruption Based on Angiographic Signatures

open access: yesInternational Journal for Numerical Methods in Biomedical Engineering, Volume 42, Issue 6, June 2026.
A strategy based on the concept of angiographic signatures to evaluate local hemodynamic environments created immediately after treatment of cerebral aneurysms and connect them to subsequent outcomes is presented. The methodology is demonstrated on aneurysms treated with intrasaccular flow disruptors and endoluminal flow diverters, showing noticeably ...

Gradient flow exact renormalization group

open access: yes
The gradient flow bears a close resemblance to the coarse graining, the guiding principle of the renormalization group (RG). In the case of scalar field theory, a precise connection has been made between the gradient flowand theRGflowof theWilson action ...

“Train and Hope”: The Role of Restorative Justice Coordinators in Sustaining a Culture of Care in Schools

open access: yesConflict Resolution Quarterly, Volume 43, Issue 4, Page 643-654, Summer 2026.
ABSTRACT This article examines the role of restorative justice coordinators in supporting teachers and schools in adopting a whole‐school approach to restorative justice in education. Coordinators are often tasked with implementing a train‐and‐hope model, in which they receive initial training in restorative justice but are largely left unsupported ...

Optimizing the Collaborative Supply Scheduling of Renewable Energy in the Tourism Industry Chain Using Graph Neural Networks

open access: yesEngineering Reports, Volume 8, Issue 6, June 2026.
Typical configuration of Huangshan Scenic Area. ABSTRACT To cope with the supply and demand imbalance challenge caused by the surge in energy demand in tourism‐intensive areas and the high volatility of renewable energy, this paper aims to construct a collaborative scheduling optimization model based on graph neural networks (GNNs). The model abstracts
