Diverse endometrial mRNA signatures during the window of implantation in patients with repeated implantation failure

open access: yesHuman Fertility, 2017
High endometrial receptivity in the window of implantation (WOI) is essential for successful implantation. However, a diagnostic tool with high specificity for impaired endometrial receptivity remains to be developed. We collected endometrium specimens during the WOI from patients with RIF and women who conceived after one IVF/ICSI attempt.

Bifunctional Surfaces With Immobilized Antibodies and Bioactive Peptides Mediate Selective Capture and Proliferation of Endothelial Colony‐Forming Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
A tunable bifunctional surface is developed by combining Fc‐binding peptides and RGD motifs to present oriented antibodies alongside integrin‐mediated signaling. The platform selectively captures endothelial colony‐forming cells while promoting their adhesion and proliferation.

Packed for Ossification: High‐Density Bioprinting of hPDC Spheroids in HAMA Toward Endochondral Ossification

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Human periosteum‐derived cell spheroids bioprinted at high density within a hyaluronic acid matrix promote fusion and hypertrophic cartilage formation in vitro. Early encapsulation enhances spheroid interaction and matrix maturation, generating scalable cartilage templates intended for endochondral bone regeneration.

The role of oxytocin antagonists in repeated implantation -failure.

open access: yesFacts, views & vision in ObGyn, 2014
A prospective cohort study has been performed to find out if the administration of an oxytocin antagonist (Atosiban) at the occasion of embryo transfer has an effect on the pregnancy rate in patients with repeated failure of implantation. A total of 52 women with repeated failure of implantation after IVF/ICSI were included in this study.
