Ketogenic diet for infantile epileptic spasms
Abstract Approximately half of all cases of Infantile Epileptic Spasms Syndrome (IESS) do not respond to vigabatrin and hormonal therapies. There is no clear consensus as to the second‐line therapy for IESS. Ketogenic diet (KD) has emerged as an effective treatment for certain drug‐resistant epilepsies and in many cases of IESS.

The diagram of the mechanism of action by which UroA regulates RF. ABSTRACT The global prevalence and mortality rates associated with chronic kidney disease (CKD) have been on a continuous rise over recent decades. Renal fibrosis (RF) serves as a critical factor in the progression of CKD to end‐stage renal disease.

Reperfusion therapy for Ischemic stroke
For patients with ischemic stroke, early reperfusion of the brain tissue by removing the occluding thrombus is essential to limit or even reverse neurological deficits. To improve clinical and safety outcomes of patients with ischemic stroke, new interventions should be designed and evaluated in clinical trials. The overall aim of the research described

Cardamonin upregulate sd the intestinal metabolite columbianetin acetate, which competitively bound HMGB1 to prevent LPS‐induced renal tubular cell pyroptosis (the figure is created with BioRender). ABSTRACT Sepsis‐associated acute kidney injury (SA‐AKI) results in high mortality due to the lack of effective interventions. The current study reports the
