After a series of studies on the pathogenicity of several H7N9 strains from 2013 to 2018, we wanted to dynamically track the pathogenicity of A/Guangdong/Th005/2017 in ferrets and poultry.

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Genomic instability is a hallmark of cancer, encompassing both sequence and structural alterations that drive tumor evolution and heterogeneity. The APOBEC3 family of deoxycytidine deaminases has emerged as a major source of mutagenic activity in cancers.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

On some bounds of the topological indices of generalized Sierpiński and extended Sierpiński graphs
Sierpiński graphs are extensively studied graphs of fractal nature with applications in topology, mathematics of Tower of Hanoi and computer science. The generalized Sierpiński graphs are defined by replication of exactly the same graph, yielding self ...

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...
