Media theory: Representations and examples
In this paper we develop a representational approach to media theory. We construct representations of media by well graded families of sets and partial cubes and establish the uniqueness of these representations. Two particular examples of media are also described in detail.

Representation theory of comtrans algebras
A comtrans algebra \(E\) over a commutative ring \(R\) with 1 is an \(R\)- module \(E\) equipped with two trilinear operations \([ , , ]\) and \(\langle , ,\rangle\) from \(E^ 3\) to \(E\) such that \([x,x,z]=0\), \(\langle x,y,z\rangle+\langle y,z,x\rangle+\langle z,x,y\rangle=0\) and \([x,y,x]=\langle x,y,z\rangle\) for all \(x,y,z\in E\).

Single‐cell RNA sequencing reveals an opposite role of SLPI in basal tumors based on metastatic spread, along with shared activation of specific regulons in cancer cells and mature luminal lactocytes, as well as downregulation of MALAT1 and NEAT1 in the latter.

STABILITY PATTERNS IN REPRESENTATION THEORY
We develop a comprehensive theory of the stable representation categories of several sequences of groups, including the classical and symmetric groups, and their relation to the unstable categories.

There is an unmet need in metastatic breast cancer patients to monitor therapy response in real time. In this study, we show how a noninvasive and affordable strategy based on sequencing of plasma samples with longitudinal tracking of tumour fraction paired with a statistical model provides valuable information on treatment response in advance of the ...

Loss of the frequently mutated chromatin remodeler ARID1A, a subunit of the SWI/SNF cBAF complex, results in less open chromatin, alternative splicing, and the failure to stop cells from progressing through the cell cycle after DNA damage in bladder (cancer) cells. Created in BioRender. Epigenetic regulators, such as the SWI/SNF complex, with important
