Publishing reproducible results supported by FAIR data
We discuss two techniques for processing and analysing data that at the same time generate the required metadata to create FAIR digital objects. These objects can then be published as supporting information for the results obtained. This approach requires minimum intervention from the researcher performing the processing and analysis tasks ...

Analysis of ESR1 mutations in plasma cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) is highly important for the selection of treatment in patients with breast cancer. Using multiplex‐ddPCR and identical blood draws, we investigated whether circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and cfDNA provide similar or complementary information for ESR1 mutations.

Reproducing Kernels of Sobolev Spaces via a Green Kernel Approach with Differential Operators and Boundary Operators [PDF]
We introduce a vector differential operator $\mathbf{P}$ and a vector boundary operator $\mathbf{B}$ to derive a reproducing kernel along with its associated Hilbert space which is shown to be embedded in a classical Sobolev space. This reproducing kernel is a Green kernel of differential operator $L:=\mathbf{P}^{\ast T}\mathbf{P}$ with homogeneous or ...

Paper chromatography leads to improved reproducibility of results
A few examples chosen from our quantitative paper chromatography researches show that the estimation of coloured spots may be achieved with greater reproducibility if carried outafter the spot has been chromatographed. Quantitative paper chromatography may therefor be accepted as a true quantitative micro analytical method.

Cell‐free DNA aneuploidy score as a dynamic early response marker in prostate cancer
mFast‐SeqS‐based genome‐wide aneuploidy scores are concordant with aneuploidy scores obtained by whole genome sequencing from tumor tissue and can predict response to ARSI treatment at baseline and, at an early time point, to ARSI and taxanes. This assay can be easily performed at low cost and requires little input of cfDNA. Cell‐free circulating tumor

MET variants in the N‐lobe of the kinase domain, found in hereditary papillary renal cell carcinoma, require ligand stimulation to promote cell transformation, in contrast to other RTK variants. This suggests that HGF expression in the microenvironment is important for tumor growth in such patients. Their sensitivity to MET inhibitors opens the way for

Intra-rater and Inter-instrument Reliability on Range of Movement of Active Knee Extension
The objective of the present study was to evaluate the reliability of intra-rater and inter-instrument measures during two flexibility programs. Fifty-three active and healthy males, aged between 18 and 28 years old, were randomly included in three ...
