Numerical solution for a class of space-time fractional equation by the piecewise reproducing kernel method

International Journal of Computational Mathematics, 2018
Due to the non-locality of fractional derivative, the analytical solution and good approximate solution of fractional partial differential equations are usually difficult to get.

On a collocation point of view to reproducing kernel methods

Computational and Applied Mathematics, 2021
In this text, we discuss an interpolation (or a collocation) point of view to reproducing kernel methods to approximate solutions to some linear and non-linear functional equations. The proposed method allows us to avoid the usual process of orthogonalization, solving a system of algebraic equations, with a positive defined matrix in the linear case ...

A new application of reproducing kernel Hilbert space method

AIP Conference Proceedings, 2018
We demonstrate a new application of the reproducing kernel Hilbert space method in this paper. We showed our results by tables and figures.

A quasi‐linear reproducing kernel particle method

International Journal for Numerical Methods in Engineering, 2016
SummaryReproducing kernel particle method (RKPM) has been applied to many large deformation problems. RKPM relies on polynomial reproducing conditions to yield desired accuracy and convergence properties but requires appropriate kernel support coverage of neighboring nodes to ensure kernel stability.

Overview and applications of the reproducing Kernel Particle methods

Archives of Computational Methods in Engineering, 1996
Multiple-scale Kernel Particle methods are proposed as an alternative and/or enhancement to commonly used numerical methods such as finite element methods. The elimination of a mesh, combined with the properties of window functions, makes a particle method suitable for problems with large deformations, high gradients, and high modal density.

Constructing cubature formulae by the method of reproducing kernel

Numerische Mathematik, 2000
The method of reproducing kernel for constructing cubature formulae on the unit ball \(B^d\) and on the triangle was described. Compact formulae of the reproducing kernels studied by \textit{H. M. Möller} [Numer. Math. 25, 185-200 (1976; Zbl 0319.65019)] were used for the construction. At first the construction of a family of cubature formulae on \(B^d\

Multiresolution Reproducing Kernel Particle Methods in Acoustics

Journal of Computational Acoustics, 1997
In the analysis of complex phenomena of acoustic systems, the computational modeling requires special attention in order to give a realistic representation of the physics. As a powerful tool, the finite element method has been widely used in the study of complex systems. In order to capture the important physical phenomena, p-finite elements and/or hp-
