Issues in Requirements Elicitation [PDF]

open access: yes, 1992
There are many problems associated with requirements engineering, including problems in defining the system scope, problems in fostering understanding among the different communities affected by the development of a given system, and problems in dealing with the volatile nature of requirements.

Combining antibody conjugates with cytotoxic and immune‐stimulating payloads maximizes anti‐cancer activity

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. We utilized ADCs and immune‐stimulating antibody conjugates (ISACs), which are made from two non‐competitive antibodies, to enhance the entry of toxic payloads into cancer cells and deliver immunostimulatory agents into immune cells.

Strategies to Minimize Problems in Global Requirements Elicitation

open access: yesCLEI Electronic Journal, 2008
Many challenges arise in global software development projects, most of which are related to the lack of face-to-face communication and people’s need to feel comfortable with the technology that they use. In this paper we introduce a methodology to detect

Dimethyl fumarate combined with cisplatin at subcytotoxic doses sensitizes cervical cancer toward ferroptosis and apoptosis through GSH restriction and p53 (re)activation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

Transforming Requirement Elicitation Through Gamification—A Comprehensive Review

open access: yesHuman Behavior and Emerging Technologies
Software projects go through a cycle of development, the initial phase of this cycle is proposed by collecting requirements. A successful software has high quality requirements that are complete, clear, and concise.

Updating a Systematic Review about Selection of Software Requirements Elicitation Techniques [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
Quality of software producís is closely related to the elicitation requirement process. Several studies point out that elicitation techniques achieve different results when applied in different contexts. This paper presents some recommendations about the

IMPDH inhibition enhances cytarabine efficacy in SAMHD1‐expressing leukaemia cells via guanine nucleotide depletion

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Requirements engineering based on knowledge: a comparative case study of the KMoS-RE strategy and the DMS process

open access: yesRevista Facultad de Ingeniería Universidad de Antioquia, 2015
Nowadays, a difficult problem that software development companies are facing in the elicitation and discovering requirement process is the management of tacit knowledge, which is valuable information that for some reason remains hidden to the developers.

Towards a scope management of non-functional requirements in requirements engineering [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
Getting business stakeholders’ goals formulated clearly and project scope defined realistically increases the chance of success for any application development process.
