NEW FACTORS THAT AFFECT THE ACTIVITIES OF THE REQUIREMENTS ELICITATION PROCESS [PDF]
Given that requirements elicitation is one of the important stages in software development, many researchers agree that incorrect, incomplete and confusing requirements have a great negative impact on the quality, cost and delivery time of software ...

Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Elicitation of Nonfunctional Requirements in Agile Development Using Cloud Computing Environment
Nonfunctional requirements get less attention because functional requirements are considered more important in the domain of agile software methodologies.

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.
