Modeling Traceability Between Requirements and Coding Using the Property Listing Task

open access: yesIEEE Access
In recent years, the search for an effective software traceability approach has become a significant challenge. Software developers must validate whether each requirement statement has been implemented in the source code. However, less attention has been

Design of a conceptual reference model for implementation of traceability in a supply chain based upon structured modeling approach [PDF]

open access: yesمدیریت صنعتی, 2011
Traceability is a basic requirement for the most of products from the viewpoint of governments and customers. It has base of quality systems and supports integration of supply chain information systems.

Sequence determinants of RNA G‐quadruplex unfolding by Arg‐rich regions

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We show that Arg‐rich peptides selectively unfold RNA G‐quadruplexes, but not RNA stem‐loops or DNA/RNA duplexes. This length‐dependent activity is inhibited by acidic residues and is conserved among SR and SR‐related proteins (SRSF1, SRSF3, SRSF9, U1‐70K, and U2AF1).

Change Impact Analysis for SysML Requirements Models based on Semantics of Trace Relations [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
Change impact analysis is one of the applications of requirements traceability in software engineering community. In this paper, we focus on requirements and requirements relations from traceability perspective.

Automating Requirements Traceability: Two Decades of Learning from KDD

open access: yes, 2018
This paper summarizes our experience with using Knowledge Discovery in Data (KDD) methodology for automated requirements tracing, and discusses our insights.Comment: The work of the second author has been supported in part by NSF grants CCF-1511117 and

The (Glg)ABCs of cyanobacteria: modelling of glycogen synthesis and functional divergence of glycogen synthases in Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Construct Food Safety Traceability System for People’s Health Under the Internet of Things and Big Data

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2021
In the context of epidemic prevention and control, food safety monitoring, data analysis and food safety traceability have become more important. At the same time, the most important reason for food safety issues is incomplete, opaque, and asymmetric ...

A Systematic Review of Tracing Solutions in Software Product Lines [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
Software Product Lines are large-scale, multi-unit systems that enable massive, customized production. They consist of a base of reusable artifacts and points of variation that provide the system with flexibility, allowing generating customized products.

Ensuring the visibility and traceability of items through logistics chain of automotive industry based on AutoEPCNet Usage [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
Traceability in logistics is the capability of the participants to trace the products throughout the supply chain by means of either the product and/or container identifiers in a forward and/or backward direction.

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.
