Immediate Growth Control in Response to Boiling Histotripsy is Prognostic for Intratumoral Immune Activation

Boiling Histrotripsy (BH), a mechanical form of focused ultrasound (FUS), allows for non‐invasive and non‐ionizing tissue destruction. Utilizing a BH treatment protocol that yielded bifurcating primary tumor growth responses, we found that immediate BH‐induced tumor growth control identifies tumors with acute reductions in antigen‐presenting cells (APC)

Programmable chaotic suspension electrolysis bridges laboratory synthesis and industrial manufacturing of high‐performance MnO2 cathodes. This scalable strategy enables tunable oxygen vacancies and a robust γ/β tunnel framework, delivering superior electrochemical performance and thermal stability.

Ahcy Acts as an Effector of Hnf4a‐Driven Super‐Enhancer Activation to Alleviate MASLD During Intermittent Fasting

Our study identifies an Hnf4a‐driven super‐enhancer of hepatic Ahcy that mediates the protective effects of intermittent fasting against MASLD. Disruption of the Ahcy super‐enhancer reduces Ahcy expression and exacerbates lipid accumulation. Lithium Niobate Electro‐Optic Photonic Processor for Variational Quantum Eigensolver

An integrated lithium‐niobate‐on‐insulator ququart processor implements an electro‐optically controlled photonic variational quantum eigensolver using single photons encoded in four path modes. Bell‐basis‐emulating ququart projective measurements reduce measurement settings while achieving chemical‐accuracy‐level molecular‐energy estimation.

A C‐Nucleoside Analogue of Cordycepin With High Metabolic Stability and Potent Anti‐Psoriatic Activity via Microneedle Delivery
