Aging Is a Key Driver for Adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia
Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a classical age‐related hematologic malignancy, and a key driver of AML is aging, which profoundly regulates intrinsic factors such as genomic instability, epigenetic reprogramming, and metabolic dysregulation, and alters bone marrow microenvironment.

The research trends and hotspots of claudins in the field of cancer
Claudins (CLDNs), as the key components of tight junctions, have been implicated as key factors in carcinogenesis and metastasis. A total of 1720 publications on CLDNs in the field of cancer were published from January 2005 to December 2022. The United States dominates the research on CLDNs in cancer, followed by China.

Near‐Infrared Light‐Driven Zn/Au Janus Micromotors for Multiplex SERS Detection of Anticancer Drugs
Zn/Au Janus micromotors, propelled by thermophoretic effects under NIR light, function as active SERS platforms for single and multiplex detection of anticancer drugs. Their dynamic motion enhances analyte exchange at the Au interface, reducing saturation and competitive adsorption, thereby improving sensitivity and extending the linear detection range.

Advances and Hotspots in Research on Verrucomicrobiota: Focus on Agroecosystems
Members of the phylum Verrucomicrobiota are abundant yet relatively understudied soil bacteria that play key roles in biogeochemical cycling and plant-microbe interactions. They participate in the carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) cycles through the degradation of complex organic polymers such as cellulose, pectin, and starch - via the production of ...
