Test of Comprehensive Recovery of Cyanide Residue

open access: yesKuangchan zonghe liyong, 2023
This is an essay in the field of mineral processing engineering. Cyanide tailings of a gold mine contain gold 0.45 g/t, and the gold mainly exists in the form of vulcanized gold and is mainly distributed in coarse particles. After the classification treatment, for the +0.037 mm ore sample, under the condition of grinding fineness -0.037 mm content of ...

Experimental Study on Removing Cyanide and Fixing Arsenic from Cyanide Residue of a Gold Mine

open access: yesKuangchan zonghe liyong, 2022
The total cyanide and arsenic in a cyanide residue of a gold mine exceed the standard requirements. The process of hydrogen peroxide oxidation decomposition cyanide and ferrous sulfate complexation fixation arsenic is studied. The results showed that in the cyanogen removal section, the amount of hydrogen peroxide added was 2 ml/L, the reaction time ...

The spectroscopic parameters of sodium cyanide, NaCN (X 1A'), revisited

open access: yes, 2019
The study of the rotational spectrum of NaCN (X $^1$A') has recently been extended in frequency and in quantum numbers. Difficulties have been encountered in fitting the transition frequencies within experimental uncertainties.

Residual Characteristics of Methyl Bromide and Hydrogen Cyanide in Banana, Orange, and Pineapple [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Applied Biological Chemistry, 2011
Fumigant, methyl bromide which is used in most countries for plant quarantine, has been designated and under control as ozone depleting substance. For developing alternative chemicals for methyl bromide, many countries have been intensifying their capacity.

Advances in f-element cyanide chemistry [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
International audienceThis Dalton perspective gives an overview of the development of cyanide chemistry of 4f- and 5f-elements, a field which was poorly explored in contrast to the attention paid to the cyanide complexes of the d transition metals.

SIRT4 positively regulates autophagy via ULK1, but independently of HDAC6 and OPA1

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Cells expressing SIRT4 (H161Y), a catalytically inactive mutant of the sirtuin SIRT4, fail to upregulate LC3B‐II and exhibit a reduced autophagic flux under stress conditions. Interestingly, SIRT4(H161Y) promotes phosphorylation of ULK1 at S638 and S758 that are associated with inhibition of autophagy initiation.

Assessment of the water chemical quality improvement based on human health risk indexes: Application to a drinking water treatment plant incorporating membrane technologies [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
A methodology has been developed in order to evaluate the potential risk of drinking water for the health of the consumers. The methodology used for the assessment considered systemic and carcinogenic effects caused by oral ingestion of water based on ...

Metformin promotes mitochondrial integrity through AMPK‐signaling in Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Metformin mediates mitochondrial quality control in Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy (LHON) fibroblasts carrying mtDNA mutations. At therapeutic levels, metformin activates AMPK signaling to restore mitochondrial dynamics by promoting fusion and restraining fission, while preserving mitochondrial mass, enhancing autophagy/mitophagy and biogenesis ...
