Predictive Stress Modeling of Resilient Modulus in Sandy Subgrade Soils
The mechanical properties of pavement materials are crucial to the design and performance of flexible pavements. One of the most commonly used measures of these properties is the resilient modulus (Er). Many different models were developed to predict the

We report a versatile nanoclay gel carrier platform that enhances the osteogenic efficacy of demineralized bone matrix (DBM) by integrating nanoclay‐based self‐assembly with cell‐derived exosome mimetics loaded with noggin‐targeting miR‐200c. This design amplifies BMP signaling, thereby promoting DBM‐mediated osteogenesis and offering a promising ...

Friction material (metal reinforcement) analysis of brake pad for light rail train system [PDF]
Brake friction material is very important in braking system where they convert kinetic energy of moving vehicles to thermal energy by friction during braking process. The purpose of this research is to determine the optimal friction materials composition

An original method is presented for producing artificial spider silk fibers with magnetic and magnetomechanical responsiveness, which consists in coating them with a nanometer‐thick layer of FeCo alloy by sputtering deposition. The challenge of combining organic materials and inorganic magnetic nanostructures is addressed, thus taking a step forward ...

Effect of moisture content of cohesive subgrade soil
A good subgrade for road pavement is required to support the traffic load that passes through. The characteristics of the subgrade is determined by the stress-strain behaviour that is expressed as a resilient modulus.

Dual‐Mode Magnetic Elastomer for On‐Demand Motion and Degradation
A dual‐mode magnetic elastomer is introduced, enabling DC field‐driven programmable actuation and AC field‐driven magnetothermal degradation. GHz‐range magnetic fields generate ultrafast heating of magnetic nanoparticles that activates cleavage of the silicone elastomer matrix.

Modulus Computational Entropy [PDF]
The so-called {\em leakage-chain rule} is a very important tool used in many security proofs. It gives an upper bound on the entropy loss of a random variable $X$ in case the adversary who having already learned some random variables $Z_{1},\ldots,Z_ ...
