Weak Total Resolvability In Graphs
A vertex v ∈ V (G) is said to distinguish two vertices x, y ∈ V (G) of a graph G if the distance from v to x is di erent from the distance from v to y.

Phosphoinositides and inositol phosphates as molecular glues
Inositol phosphates (IPs) and phosphoinositides (PIPs) regulate diverse eukaryotic processes. Beyond recruiting signaling proteins or acting as structural cofactors, recent studies suggest they mediate protein–protein interactions as natural molecular glues.

Structural insights and therapeutic targets in Acinetobacter baumannii capsule biosynthesis
Hypervirulent KL49 A. baumannii's capsular polysaccharide contains the nonulosonic acid 8‐epi‐Leg5,7Ac2, synthesized by epimerization via ElaA, ElaB, and ElaC. Crystal structures of ElaA, ElaB, and ElaC reveal their role in CMP‐Leg5,7Ac2 synthesis and regioselective C8 epimerization.

Inositol pyrophosphates are energy‐rich signaling molecules that perform critical functions in cells. Three different families of phosphatases hydrolyze the β phosphate of the inositol pyrophosphate molecules: two have narrow specificities and one is promiscuous.

The non-isolated resolving number of k-corona product of graphs [PDF]
IOP Conf. Series: Journal of Physics: Conf. Series 1008 (2018)Let all graphs be a connected and simple graph. A set W = fw g of veretx set of G, the kvector ordered r(vjW) = (d(x; w 1 ); d(x; w 2 1 ; w 2 ); : : : ; d(x; w )) of is a ...

Modelling stem cell differentiation related processes—A practical overview for biologists
Stem cell differentiation is complex and difficult to control experimentally. This review introduces suitable computational modelling approaches that can support stem cell research, from mechanistic ODE and abstract models to multiscale and deep learning methods.

Design and analysis strategies for robust microbiome ageing research
The gut microbiome changes with age and associates with age‐related morbidity and mortality, establishing it as a potential biomarker and intervention target for ageing. Realising this potential requires methodological rigour, yet distinguishing biological signals from methodological artefacts remains challenging across cohorts. This review provides an

Minimum Weight Resolving Sets of Grid Graphs [PDF]
For a simple graph G = (V,E) and for a pair of vertices u, v ∈ V, we say that a vertex w ∈ V resolves u and v if the shortest path from w to u is of a different length than the shortest path from w to v.

The process of internalization of the Shiga toxin A subunit via formation of a complex with the Shiga toxin B subunit, which specifically binds to the Gb3 receptor. The peptide is designed to act as a carrier of drugs into cancer cells. Here, we explored the potential of peptides derived from the catalytic A subunit of Shiga toxin (STxA) to be drug ...
