Resonance graphs of catacondensed even ring systems [PDF]
A catacondensed even ring system (shortly CERS) is a simple bipartite 2-connected outerplanar graph with all vertices of degree 2 or 3. In this paper, we investigate the resonance graphs (also called $Z$-transformation graphs) of CERS and firstly show that two even ring chains are resonantly equivalent iff their resonance graphs are isomorphic.

Resonance Graphs and a Binary Coding of Perfect Matchings of Outerplane Bipartite Graphs
The aim of this paper is to investigate resonance graphs of 2- connected outerplane bipartite graphs, which include various families of molecular graphs. Firstly, we present an algorithm for a binary coding of perfect matchings of these graphs. Further, 2- connected outerplane bipartite graphs with isomorphic resonance graphs are considered.

Functional brain networks before the onset of psychosis : a prospective fMRI study with graph theoretical analysis [PDF]
Individuals with an at-risk mental state (ARMS) have a risk of developing a psychotic disorder significantly greater than the general population. However, it is not currently possible to predict which ARMS individuals will develop psychosis from clinical

A maximum resonant set of polyomino graphs
A polyomino graph $H$ is a connected finite subgraph of the infinite plane grid such that each finite face is surrounded by a regular square of side length one and each edge belongs to at least one square. In this paper, we show that if $K$ is a maximum resonant set of $H$, then $H-K$ has a unique perfect matching.

Bipartite graph modeling of Alzheimer’s disease and its early automated discrimination through region-based level set algorithm and support vector machine in magnetic resonance brain images [PDF]
This paper offers a bird’s eye perception of how bipartite graph modeling could help to comprehend the progression of Alzheimer Disease (AD). We will also discuss the role of the various software tools available in the literature to identify the ...
