Exact Analytical Solutions in Three-Body Problems and Model of Neutrino Generator

open access: yes, 2010
Exact analytic solutions are obtained in three-body problem for the scattering of light particle on two fixed centers in the case when pair potentials have a separable form.

Sampling the structure and chemical order in assemblies of ferromagnetic nanoparticles by nuclear magnetic resonance

open access: yesNature Communications, 2016
Assemblies of nanoparticles are studied in many research fields from physics to medicine. However, as it is often difficult to produce mono-dispersed particles, investigating the key parameters enhancing their efficiency is blurred by wide size ...

From chemical freezeout to critical conditions in heavy ion collisions

open access: yes, 2004
We compare the statistical thermodynamics of hadron resonance gas with recent LGT results at finite chemical potential. We argue that for $T\leq T_c$ the equation of state derived from Monte--Carlo simulations of two quark--flavor QCD at finite ...

Perturbation of the scattering resonances of an open cavity by small particles. Part I: The transverse magnetic polarization case [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2018
This paper aims at providing a small-volume expansion framework for the scattering resonances of an open cavity perturbed by small particles. The induced shift of the scattering frequencies by the small particles is derived without neglecting the radiation effect. The formula holds for arbitrary-shaped particles.

Non-equilibrium BCS-BEC crossover and unconventional FFLO superfluid in a strongly interacting driven-dissipative Fermi gas

open access: yesAAPPS Bulletin
We present a theoretical review of the recent progress in non-equilibrium BCS (Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer)-BEC (Bose-Einstein condensation) crossover physics.

Resonances as Probes of Heavy-Ion Collisions at ALICE

open access: yes, 2015
Hadronic resonances serve as unique probes in the study of the hot and dense nuclear matter produced in heavy-ion collisions. Properties of the hadronic phase of the collision can be extracted from measurements of the suppression of resonance yields.

Observability of localized magnetoplasmons in quantum dots: Scrutinizing the eligibility of far-infrared, Raman, and electron-energy-loss spectroscopies

open access: yesAIP Advances, 2016
We investigate a one-component, quasi-zero dimensional, quantum plasma exposed to a parabolic potential and an applied magnetic field in the symmetric gauge.

Dark Spectroscopy

open access: yes, 2017
Rich and complex dark sectors are abundant in particle physics theories. Here we propose performing spectroscopy of the mass structure of dark sectors via mono-photon searches at lepton colliders.

Measurements of inclusive and differential cross sections for top quark production in association with a Z boson in proton-proton collisions at s $$ \sqrt{s} $$ = 13 TeV

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
Measurements are presented of inclusive and differential cross sections for Z boson associated production of top quark pairs ( t t ¯ Z $$ \textrm{t}\overline{\textrm{t}}\textrm{Z} $$ ) and single top quarks (tZq or tWZ).

Explaining the t tbar forward-backward asymmetry without dijet or flavor anomalies

open access: yes, 2011
We consider new physics explanations of the anomaly in the top quark forward-backward asymmetry measured at the Tevatron, in the context of flavor conserving models.
