Architecture‐Engineered Semi‐Crystalline Microporous Polymer Membranes for Precise Molecular Separation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Guided by a Random Forest model, a π–π‐driven ordered stacking strategy deploys functionally distinct substructures to restrict chain segment motion and increase free volume, while preserving the intermolecular interactions that maintain structural integrity.

Multi‐Scale Bionic Structure Constructs Biomass Flame‐Retardant Thermal Insulation Foam Material

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Inspired by mussel adhesion and hierarchical brick‐and‐mortar architectures, a cellulose‐based biomimetic foam is constructed by anchoring bentonite nanosheets onto a polydopamine‐decorated cellulose nanofiber network. The resulting foam combines low thermal conductivity with intrinsic flame retardancy and full biodegradability, presenting a ...

CMS results in pp collisions

Nuclear Physics A, 2011
Abstract We present a selection of the first physics results from the CMS experiment in proton-proton collisions, based on data collected at various beam energies during December 2009 and 2010. The measurements include particle production in the soft-QCD regime as well as high- p T spectra and correlations.

Results from $$\bar pp \to \phi \phi $$

Il Nuovo Cimento A, 1994
The reaction\(\bar pp \to \phi \phi \) is investigated in the JETSET (PS202) experiment using an internal target in LEAR. Data have been analysed at a variety of beam momenta from 1.2 GeV/c to 2.0 GeV/c, corresponding to centre-of-mass energies between 2.15 GeV and 2.43 GeV.

Some preliminary results from BNL E766 on pp−→pp KS0 Kπ

AIP Conference Proceedings, 1989
This brief talk will present the very preliminary results of an ongoing data analysis of the data from BNL E766. BNL E766 was an experiment to study heavy particle spectroscopy in np(15−24 GeV) and pp interactions (28 GeV). The following discussion pertains to the pp → ppKsoKπ run.  (AIP)

Corelation of Results of Creep and Micro-Indentation Creep for PP-Copo

Key Engineering Materials, 2014
This article deals with the comparison of methods for measuring the creep behavior of filled polypropylene. Creep was measured by two methods, using the micro-indentation method (Depth Sensing Indentation - DSI) and the standard long-term creep test at elevated temperature.

ALICE results from pp collisions at the LHC

Nuclear Physics A, 2011
Abstract The ALICE experiment, dedicated for heavy-ion collisions at the LHC, is taking data with proton–proton collisions since November 2009. This contribution summarizes initial operation and performance of the ALICE detector at the LHC as well as first results from pp collisions at 0.9 TeV and 7 TeV.
