Unification of the kT and threshold resummations [PDF]
We derive a resummation formula for a $k_T$-dependent parton distribution function at threshold, where $k_T$ is a parton transverse momentum. The derivation requires infrared cutoffs for both longitudinal and transverse loop momenta as evaluating soft gluon emissions in the Collins-Soper resummation framework.

The power spectral density (PSD) preserves much of this information, up to second order. In the current decade, a burst of brain diagnostics using the slope of log(PSD) has appeared.

reSolve — A transverse momentum resummation tool [PDF]
In this note, we introduce the new tool reSolve, a Monte Carlo differential cross-section and parton-level event generator whose main purpose is to add transverse momentum resummation to a general class of inclusive processes at hadron colliders, namely all those which do not involve hadrons or jets in the measured final state.
