Retinoic Acid Regulation of Thyroid Hormone Action in Bone Cells
Retinoic acid and thyroid hormone are known to play key roles in the regulation of endochondral ossification. However, the issue of whether these two hormones interact with each other to regulate bone functions remains to be established.

Abstract Background and Purpose We hypothesised that dual priming of human bone marrow‐derived human mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSCs) with interleukin‐1alpha (IL‐1α) and CoCl2 (a hypoxia mimetic) would modulate their therapeutic efficacy for hypoxic‐ischaemic conditions. Experimental Approach hBMSCs were primed individually or in combination.

Gasdermin‐Mediated Pyroptosis: Novel Strategies Against Colorectal Cancer
Pyroptosis is a double‐edged sword in colorectal cancer (CRC): chronic low‐grade pyroptosis promotes tumor progression, whereas acute induction of pyroptosis in cancer cells triggers antitumor immunity and enhances therapeutic response. Targeting gasdermin‐mediated pyroptosis represents a promising strategy for CRC treatment.

Retinoic acid receptors and nuclear orphan receptors in the development of Xenopus laevis
Nuclear hormone receptors are ligand-activated transcription factors that regulate the expression of target genes by binding to hormone responsive elements (HRE) in their 5' upstream region.

Retinoic Acid Signalling Regulates Zebrafish Tooth Germ Repair Following Injury
Retinoic acid signalling may regulate the repair processes in a tooth germ injury model using Tg(scpp5:Dendra2‐NTR) zebrafish and the nitroreductase (NTR)/metronidazole (MTZ) system. ABSTRACT Although the role of retinoic acid (RA) signalling in odontogenesis is well established, its involvement in the repair of injured tooth germs remains unclear.

This study elucidates a novel Kupffer cell‐neutrophil‐hepatocyte axis that drives metabolic‐immune crosstalk during acute liver failure. Specifically, lactate‐primed NETs release links metabolic reprogramming to NETosis‐induced regenerative failure in hepatocytes via the TLR9/KLF15/AJUBA axis.
