Retinoscopy methods

2016
Retinoscopy is an objective method of measuring the optical power of the eye. We describe retinoscopy as objective because we evaluate the eye as an optical instrument ignoring any information eye transmits to the brain. With retinoscope we illuminate the inside of the eye to observe the light that is reflected from the retina.
