External cervical resorption (ECR) is a complex and aggressive form of root resorption that poses significant challenges in clinical management. This case report describes two cases of advanced ECR treated with intentional replantation (IR), highlighting its efficacy as a viable treatment option for preservation of compromised teeth.

ABSTRACT A rare case of pulp necrosis and apical resorption of a second premolar, caused by a cystic lesion from a first molar, led to calcium hydroxide extrusion. CBCT imaging, combined with clinical and historical findings, enabled accurate assessment of the lesion, resorption extent, and extruded material to guide treatment.

ABSTRACT Orthograde retreatment following unsuccessful apicoectomy is a valid treatment option instead of surgical retreatment. This case report details the successful orthograde retreatment of a 34‐year‐old female patient with persistent symptoms following prior apicoectomy without retrofilling materials and conventional root canal treatment.

MICROLEAKAGE ASSOCIATED WITH RETROGRADE FILLING AFTER ROOT END RESECTION (in vitro study) [PDF]
The purpose of the study is to compare microleakage after root end resection of the two materials (MTA and Biodentine) for two different apical cavity preparation using the method of penetration of dye - 0, 2 % Rodamine B.

Results retrograde root filling channel of a tooth varions materials [PDF]
Use of retrograde filling to prevent reinfection periapical area, save the tooth if you can not pass a root canal on a full-length nedoplombirovannoy apical part. Dense obturation, the possibility of leakage of tissue fluid into the root canal depends on
