Tooth autotransplantation is a procedure in which a donor tooth is transplanted within the same patient’s jaw to replace a missing tooth. Donor tooth root morphology and periodontal ligament integrity are key factors influencing success. We report a semi‐immediate autotransplantation of a maxillary third molar with a 90° divergent root into a site ...

[Use of thermoplasticized gutta-percha in retrograde obturation].
In 29 teeth, apicoectomies with retrograde instrumentation and retrofilling with low temperature thermoplasticized gutta-percha were performed. Nineteen of them were clinically an radiographically evaluated, showing the following average rate: successes 84.2% (16 cases), failures 10.5% (2 cases) and incomplete healing 5.2% (1 case).

Management of Oehler’s Type III Dens Invaginatus Using Cone Beam Computed Tomography
Dens Invaginatus is a dental malformation that poses diagnostic difficulties in the clinical context. This anomaly may increase the risk of pulp disease and can potentially complicate endodontic procedure due to the aberrant root canal anatomy.

Autotransplantation of a Fully Developed Third Molar Using Root‑end CEM Filling to Replace a Maxillary First Molar with Vertical Root Fracture: A 3-Year Case Report [PDF]
Autogenous tooth transplantation (ATT) preserves the periodontal ligament (PDL) and alveolar remodeling. This case report describes the 3‑year outcome of ATT using a fully developed maxillary third molar to replace a non‑restorable maxillary first molar (

Evaluating the Effect of Resection on the Sealing Ability of MTA and CEM Cement
Introduction: In cases of limited access to the surgical site, an alternative approach is to obturate the canal prior to surgery. Endodontic surgery is subsequently performed by root-end resection without retro-cavity preparation. This in vitro study was

Apical microfiltration between three cements used in retrograde obturation
