Simultaneous Intracranial and Spinal Hemorrhage Following Tenecteplase Thrombolysis for ST‐Elevation Myocardial Infarction: A Case Report

ABSTRACT Central nervous system (CNS) hemorrhage is a serious complication of intravenous thrombolysis. Tenecteplase, a fibrin‐specific thrombolytic agent, has a lower risk of hemorrhage than other agents. We report the first documented case of simultaneous intracranial and spinal hemorrhage following intravenous administration of tenecteplase.

Abstract Background Malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors (MPNSTs) are aggressive soft tissue sarcomas with a 5‐year survival rate of approximately 50%, secondary to their metastatic potential and resistance to therapy. MPNSTs can arise sporadically, as a late toxicity from therapeutic radiotherapy, or in patients with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1).

TIMP2 promotes AKI‐CKD transition by inducing tubular maladaptive repair and cell senescence via targeting Wnt/β‐catenin signalling
