Shadow Learning and Knowledge Redistribution: How Workers Appropriate Generative AI Outside Formal Organisational Systems

open access: yesKnowledge and Process Management, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Organisations are ceding visibility over how their employees develop knowledge. As generative AI tools become widely accessible, workers are steadily building capabilities and co‐producing knowledge through informal AI engagements that operate entirely outside sanctioned training systems.

The Impact of New Agricultural Operating Entities on Farmers' Adoption of Green Production Practices: Evidence From China

open access: yesLand Degradation &Development, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT New agricultural operating entities (NAOEs) are the organizational core of modern agricultural systems, yet whether and how they draw smallholders into green production remains empirically unsettled. Using survey data from 803 vegetable growers in Shandong Province, China, and combining the coefficient of variation method, propensity score ...

Parallel Multi‐Target Detection for Quantum LiDAR

open access: yesLaser &Photonics Reviews, EarlyView.
Parallel multi‐target detection is achieved in quantum LiDAR with a single‐pixel quantum readout. Direction and distance information are extracted together, allowing multiple objects to be distinguished under noisy low‐light conditions and pointing to a new strategy for scan‐free quantum remote sensing.

Technical wildness: Modernity, romanticism, and the technocratic turn in Scottish rewilding

open access: yesPeople and Nature, EarlyView.
Abstract Technical wildness is a new and increasingly influential culture of nature. This paper marks its emergence in Scotland in the early 2020s. Focusing on Scotland's rapidly evolving land management sector, the paper traces how private rewilding companies position science‐led land management and natural capital markets as the most effective ...

Accidental plant poisonings in France: Lessons from a decade of national toxicovigilance

open access: yesPLANTS, PEOPLE, PLANET, EarlyView.
Accidental plant poisonings reveal how modern societies are losing everyday botanical knowledge once central to food and health safety. By analyzing a decade of French toxicovigilance data, this study shows that most severe cases arise from plant misidentification or misguided self‐medication.

Integrating Sustainability Through Socio‐Scientific Issues in Chile: Towards a Decolonial Chemistry Education

open access: yesScience Education, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This study examines how integrating sustainability through socio‐scientific issue (SSI) in secondary chemistry teaching shapes epistemic openness and closure from a decolonial perspective, as mediated through classroom discourse. Drawing on a co‐planned lesson on copper mining in Chile – a scientifically rich yet ethically and politically ...

Glocal Regenerative Viticulture: Exploring Sustainable Winemaking Strategies in Europe

open access: yesSustainable Development, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The global wine industry is transforming due to climate change challenges. Glocalization is increasingly relevant in winemaking, where geographical and cultural diversity requires context‐specific solutions in the existing sustainability spectrum in viticulture.

Entrepreneurial Orientation and Environmental Performance in Water and Wastewater Companies: The Mediating Role of Circular Economy Practices for Sustainable Development

open access: yesSustainable Development, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Municipal wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) are key actors in advancing circular economy (CE) principles and sustainable development, yet their entrepreneurial dimension remains underexplored due to their statutory roles and non‐competitive environment.

Photo‐Activated Merging Cascades in Droplet Swarms Upon Synergistic Solvation of Surfactants

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
UV activates the motility of UV‐responsive droplets through a decylammonium/carbamate crystalline layer at the air/water interface. Upon merging with immobilized C12E3 surfactant droplets in the layer, hybrid droplets form which dissolve the layer due to synergistic solvation. In large droplet fields, this non‐linear behavior drives cascading events of
