FDTD modelling of reverberation chamber
The finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method is applied to the simulation of a reverberation chamber. The real losses of the reverberation chamber are taken into account in a post-treatment process. The predicted results are compared with measured data and good agreement is reported.

Experimental investigation of the Metasurfaced Reverberation Chamber
To verify the concept of the metasurfaced reverberation chamber (MRC) which was proposed. This paper reports on measurements in the reverberation chamber (RC) performance by using a 1-bit random coding metasurfaced stirrer. The measurement results are validated and compared with that from two mechanical stirrers (horizontal stirrer and vertical stirrer)

Thermal Noise Measurements in a Reverberation Chamber [PDF]
Two models describing properties of the thermal noise power emerging from an antenna mounted in a reverberation chamber are described. The first compares the reverberation chamber to an over-moded cavity acting as a black-body source; the second ...

Radiated Immunity Testing of a Device with an External Wire: Repeatibility of Reverberation Chamber Results and Correlation with Anechoic Chamber Results [PDF]
We present the experimental radiated immunity results of an electronic device with an external wire obtained in reverberation and anechoic chambers. Repeatability and reproducibility of reverberation chamber measurements are investigated by repeating the

Field Statistics in a One-Dimensional Reverberation Chamber Model [PDF]
This work focuses on building a fairly simple yet physically appropriate 1D model for a Reverberation Chamber which claims to be able to analytically predict the statistical behavior of such a chamber, without forsaking to the benefits of deterministic ...

"Good-but-Imperfect" electromagnetic reverberation in a VIRC [PDF]
Novel theoretical probability density functions (PDF) of electromagnetic fields inside reverberation chambers operating in a “good-but-imperfect‿ regime have been recently reported. The present work reports on the application and assessment of these PDFs

Spatial Resolution of Late Reverberation in Virtual Acoustic Environments
Late reverberation involves the superposition of many sound reflections, approaching the properties of a diffuse sound field. Since the spatially resolved perception of individual late reflections is impossible, simplifications can potentially be made ...

Reverberating chamber profile identification
This study proposes a model, based on the generalised K (GK) distribution, for identifying the reverberating chamber (RC) propagation channel profiles. Following this rationale, a parameter, given by a proper combination of GK parameters, is not only able to clearly distinguish between line-of-sight (LOS) and non-line-of-sight conditions, but it is ...
